Custom Component Error

We have a B2C.ContactManager custom component that cannot be found in the flow state called createContactIfNotExists

Details:

This custom component is supposed to call the Oracle CRM test environment to create a missed bin incident but is going to the giveUp state that produces the error message. It should populate the first and last name plus the email address in Oracle then move on to the missed bin questions but it no longer can be found.

It has worked well in the past but we recently cloned the Oracle CRM test environment from out live environment and that is when it stopped working. I can only assume there is something within the CRM configuration that has been changed by the clone and is stopping the custom component from working correctly. There has been no changes made to ODA so the fault is within the CRM.
