Course 'Y' should be triggered based on the learners most recent completion date of course 'X'

edited Apr 20, 2022 12:38PM in Learning

Summary: Course 'Y' should be triggered and assigned to the learners based on their most recent completion date of course 'X'.

Content (required): There are two safety courses that need to be created, course 'X' is a one-time, and it will be assigned to folks upon hire, and course 'Y' does renew annually, and it will be assigned to the same learners who have completed course 'X' before. Condition: The learner’s most recent date of course 'X' completion is the trigger point for the next assigned(assignment date) and the due date for the course 'Y'.

Ex: John is hired on Apr 1, 2022, and he is eligible to take course 'X' based on the course eligibility, and completed on May 1, 2022. So, as per the above, John should be assigned to course 'Y' after 365 days of the completion date, so should be assigned on May 2, 2023.

Howdy, Stranger!
