How Can i mark the Candidates in Pre Boarding Phase (Between Offer and HR) as processed

Summary:

How Can i mark the Candidates in Pre Boarding Phase (Between Offer and HR) as processed without actually Moving them to HR via the Actions.

We have cases where internal and external candidates have applied to different requisitions, But due to some reasons they were created/updated in Core HR directly. Now we want to the candidates to be in HR phase, But do not want to create a new record by trying the 'Move to HR' option.

Is there anyway, we can just mark the candidates' Phase and Status to HR, Processed without actually changing anything else.
