Recommended Item Rule Not triggering on Model Configuration page

We use advanced Recommended Item Rule to get the parts. The Recommended Item is working in Debugger, but not working on Model Configuration page.

We use advanced Recommended Item Rule to get the parts. The Recommended Item is working in Debugger, but when same data is selected on the Model Configuration, the parts are still not selected.

This keeps happening for multiple recommended item rule in the instance. Even for a rule which was working a week ago, that recom item rule is not getting triggered.

I have deployed multiple number of times.

For one the recom item rules, I recreated new attributes for that model and also recreated those same rules and config layout and it worked.
