The users completed surveies.

A report shows all the surveys the user completes in a period of time.

Hi Here,

I am trying to create a report that shows user completed surveys, and you can see the survey responses by clicking the link to see it.

I already created 2 reports, but report 1(report 1 definition) showed all survey questions that the user completed and also included all the surveys that the user completed(and I can't link it to the Other reports).

Report 2( image report 2 Definition) just shows 1 survey that the user completed even though

I use some time period, but I know that the user completed multiple surveys during that period time.
