Requisition Auto Approval Rule

Summary:

we have 2 Rules Serial Hierarchy already defined

First rule..If the Requestion Amount is less than 5K use one approval group

Second rule...If the Requestion Amount is more than 5K use one approval group

Now we have a requirement saying for one particular Requester the requisitions should be auto-approved irrespective of the amount.

so we created the third rule with the requester's name of the person and req amount is greater>1 and the action is auto-approved.

Now the req's are routing to rule 1 and 2 based on the amount which the requester is doing and the third rule is not working.
