Employee's disabilities - How is it handled in the Onboarding

edited Aug 3, 2022 6:56AM in Human Capital Management 1 comment

Hello,

I have a question regarding any disabilities that an employee might have. How can this sensitive information be handled during the Onboarding process and through the use of the Journey? Do you have any instances on how an employee can inform the employer about any disability? We don't know how to proceed on this topic, so any insights of similar nature would be very helpful to us in order to move on correctly. Feel free to share your experience in order to configure the Onboarding appropriately.

Thanks in advance,

Ioannis
