Is there a way to add a single person to a Performance Review profile though they dont meet criteria

Summary: We have an eligibility profile that excludes certain job grades. There is an employee who is within an excluded job grade but due to his role we want him to be part of the perfromance review process. Is there a way to add just one person to the perfromance review process though outside the eligibility profile?
