Forbidden error when when updating Worker's Manager Using REST API

I want to update the worker's manager via REST API but getting a Forbidden (403) error.

Hello Experts!

I tried using this endpoint but getting a 403 forbidden error.

I believe I have already associated the right role/priv to my user based from this site.

May I know what is the correct role/priv or is it tied to any data security?
