Adding position in local language
Hello Experts - Can you throw some light on what are some of the best practices while loading Positions in local language. I understand language can be entered through HDL . But how is it done when the Manager or HRBP adds the position.
1) Is the expectation to enter the position details twice ? - once in English and other in local language.?
2) Or since the position will be used by specific country or location, so entering in local language is enough.
Please could you share your client experiences on this requirement.
