Failing to retrieve data from presentation layer when trying to export BIP folder

Summary:

Our team is using the VBS pipeline to export BIP reports from the dev region to the sat region. Everything was working correctly and then it stopped working on 08/16/22 after 2pm. We are now getting an error -  java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to retrieve data from Presentation ServerCould not connect to OBI Presentation Service. Is anyone aware of how to fix this? Or are there some logs I can find to take a closer look?
