How to implement B2C Service Chat

OOTB B2C Chat Inlays don't work in OCC.

Content (required):

We're attempting to add the Oracle B2C Service (formerly Service Cloud and Right Now) chat inlays to our site. The OSC instructions are simple, place a script tag on the page and 2 lines of HTML.

The script tag lives in the Page Tag tool, inserting it right before </body> and the HTML lives in our Footer. However, the chat won't fire. It seems almost as if the script is loading before the widget, despite being right before </body>

Has anyone ever encountered something similar? if so, how did you resolve?
