Dynamic/Relative Variables

Summary: Is there a capability that exists that enables the creation of date variables that can be substituted in place of various date formats?

Content (required): I am looking for a way to have variables dynamically updated based on a relative or fixed point in time.

Use Case: Need to produce reporting packages on a quarterly basis. Process begins following the quarter close. I have reports within my package that reference several dates that are related to the the quarter end and the quarterly reporting is completed prior to the next quarter reporting. Ideally, I would be able to create a number of variables that would be relative to the system date. i.e. if I begin my reporting on 10/7/22 and my quarter ends on 9/30/22 the variable could read the system date of 10/7/22 and go back one
