 If specific priority can be set to obtain search results for e.g. Title should be higher priority compared to content. 

 If there is any index that runs wihtin the search engine in order for search to work within the document and if yes, what is the Frequency. Does any Index happens on document once document is uploaded and if yes how frequent it is? 

Reference - There are two jobs needs to run, it can be scheduled to run systematically. Need to confirm if Oracle if the jobs that are running for publishing the article does indexing as well.
