Can you reverse a journal in the secondary ledger that was posted from the primary ledger

We have 'Post Journals Automatically from Source Leger' set to 'Yes' so journals are posted directly from the primary ledger. A journal was posted to the secondary ledger that should've only posted to the primary ledger and user is trying to reverse the journal directly in the secondary ledger but is unable to do so.

Can this even be done or does the user just need to post a journal directly in the secondary ledger by switching the signs of the amounts in the original journal?
