Summary:

Business users unable to access the reports from the scheduled the create account jobs

Content (required):

Out IT department is scheduling the jobs using an admin user role. When our finance users get the notification that there is a "warning" or "error" in the job, they cannot download the corresponding reports from Scheduled Processes using the process id included in the email.

Has anyone else had this issue? And if so, can anything be done?
