Data Map between BSO to ASO cube sometimes produces strange results?

Summary:

I'm currently setting up some data maps between a BSO cube and an ASO cube. However, have encountered a situation where after running the data map job, it has 'loaded' data to a random, unusued combination, with the same value as an existing combination in the BSO cube. It only seems to happen when I have multiple members selected for multiple dimensions.

It seems to happen at random, and not all the time. It only gets picked up when trying to reconcile the numbers.

Has anyone else encountered this before?
