My servers got deleted - the tenancy is inactive

So I had a couple of servers with some important files in them (the tenancy was running on the free tier platform) and suddenly they got deleted (I was not notified in advance). When I found out that my account got deactivated, me and some staff members started contacting the live chat and the support hotline with no success. They told me though that there are engineers here who are able to work internally and find a way to get my stuff back. Thanks in advance! (I really need the files back, because they weren't backed up)
