What timezone are the OCC servers using? (For Scheduling Events/Logging etc etc)

What timezone are the OCC servers using? (With regards to any logged times of errors or setting up timed/scheduled functionality)

In this instance, the customer wants to know what timezone the server will use when they are planning their start/end dates for their promotions.
