Can I configure a skip rule in Absence Management

My company's bi-weekly Oracle pay calendar has 27 pay periods and my company's actual calendar has 26 pay periods in 2023. When testing some PTO changes for 2023, we see that year end balances and forfeiture show 27 pay periods. Is there a way to skip the 27th pay period in year end and forfeiture balance calculations?
