Issues while installing EDLC

I've been facing an issue while installing EDLC on my machine. I have referred (Doc ID 2325249.1) to download and install it. But I'm getting an error "Application aborted unexpectedly while running the command  java -jar oscdataloader.jar

Please let me know if somone has already installed this one, I would need to download few attachments
