How to count different option from 3 different custom columns in CHATS Reports

Summary: Report table incidents inner join with contacts. I already added filters to show all by contact. I tried adding additional filter/s but is not letting me and the count is showing only as grouping the rep and one request.

I'm trying to count the requests of the representative even if the requests are different, I want them grouped by representative and to count the requests they made.

The report is already two levels.

count () max() when I tried using them together is not letting me, >1 is not working either.
