Absence plan summary section missing data

Absence plan summary section shows no data

We have performed a global transfer with copying of previous absence balances. After the global transfer was performed, the absence plan's summary and details sections showed correct data but after a recent upgrade summary and details section does not show any value anymore. When we open the absence plan, we cannot see any information there related to the balances. Had someone encountered such behavior before? If yes, are there any solutions/fixes we can apply? An SR was raised, but wanted to see also if there are/were similar experiences in the community.
