Corporate Card file does not upload bank files

Bank files are not getting loaded using the 'Upload and validate' program

Content (required):

I receive my Corporate card transactions in a .pgp file from an HTTP server.

Case 1: The .pgp file was encrypted and I used that Alias Key in the configs. When I set up the corporate card program to fetch from the server establishing the test connection, the .pgp file does not load any transactions but the program ends successfully.

Case 2: I tried reloading with an encrypted .cdf file. Again the upload was successful but no valid transactions were created(With the Alias key in the config)
