kernel panic - not syncing: VFS:unable to mount root fs on unknown-block in oracle linux server 6.10

I am not been able to boot on single mode. L tried all the list of kernel i.e. the options that it shows for boot mode but none of it help me

In order to solve the above issue i tried following steps. I selected below highlighted unbreakable kernel. Click on e After then i selected second line kernel vm linux and then click on e button after then it goes to command mode where i type single and then hit enter and then i click on b for boot mode but it does not shows root Similarly i tried all the below shown kernel but even after going through single mode it still does not shows anything that can at least help for getting login.
