We have two requirements linked to Goal deletions

Requirement 1 :

Our current Goal process is on a single approval. Employee submits , Manager can approve.

The requirement is to enable managers to cancel an approved goal. Importantly, they must remain unable to delete the goal once cancelled.

Manager is able to perform cancel /delete if he navigated to the team member's goal page after approval . Can we achieve this ?

Requirement 2

Presently, once a goal is approved, the staff member can both cancel it and delete it The requirement is to allow staff members to cancel their goals, but not delete them. This is to prevent them from being removed from the system completely.
