Derive mapping set of Usage Variance based on Component

Summary: Is there any Input for the Component (Item Consumed) that can be used in the Usage Variance mapping?

Content:

Hello

We have the requirement that for the Mapping Set "Usage Variance" we can have as Input the Component (Consumed Item) that generates the variation, since when using as Input the Costing Category Identifier or Item Number it considers the Manufactured Item, but not the Component that generated the Usage Variance.

Is there any Input for the Component (Item Consumed) that can be used in the Usage Variance mapping?

Since the Usage Variance is only generated where the input quantity for the component on the work order is greater or lesser than the input quantity on the work definition, there will be an unfavorable or favorable usage variance.

Howdy, Stranger!
