Static File name with Date and time stamp

We are implementing the credit card integration with VISA. VISA is ready to send the file in the same name with date and timestamp. They confirmed that they wont be able to send the file without date and timestamp.

Could you suggest me how to configure the file name in the credit card program so that the data and time stamp will be ignored.
