Privilege/Duty to let user create their own Succession Plan?
Summary:
Our Talent team is trying to have us develop the ability for an Employee to create their own Succession Plan. We have added Succession Plan duties and privileges to a test Employee role and provided a deep link setup to give them an icon on the Employee side. All looks good until they try and select who the plan is for, and then they are unable to select themselves in the Incumbent field. If they are a manager, they can select their direct reports, but not themselves. Does anyone know what additional privilege or duty would
