Payroll elements – input/ output currency

Summary:

Setting up payroll elements to be used in Individual Compensation, with a common corporate input currency and local output currencies

Content (required):

Dear Community,

Can you please advise how the input/output currency set up on the payroll element is expected to behave? Would it be possible to create payroll elements for different LDGs worldwide and set up a common input value as USD for all and a different output value corresponding to the LDG’s currency? We want managers to be able to grant bonuses through MSS Individual Compensation using USD as a common currency, in accordance with the company's policy, no matter where the employees are located, but employees to still get paid in their local currency.

Howdy, Stranger!
