Changing Performance Task for Multiple Departments Simultaneously

Dear Oracle Expert,

I am writing to request your assistance with changing the current performance task for multiple departments at the same time.

Specifically, I am looking for guidance on the best approach to transitioning from the current task, such as "Share Performance Document," to the next task, such as "Employee Acknowledgment," for employees in several departments simultaneously.

We have explored the option of "Process Mass Change Current Task," but it doesn't allow for selecting multiple departments at once. Moreover, we have employees from different departments, and we can't choose a common department for all of them.

If you have any suggestions or guidance on the best way to handle this situation, I would greatly appreciate your help. I am open to discussing this matter further with you if needed.
