Withdraw Expense Report Via REST API

Summary: How to withdraw a report via REST

Content (required): Does anyone know if there's a REST API that can perform the withdraw action on an expense report? I see in REST API documentation for Financials that you can submit an expense report via REST but nothing indicating that withdraw can be done.

There is also the "Process a workflow action" API however I have not gotten this work when trying to execute a Withdraw action.
