HCM- Learning Module - Offering Coordinator
Summary:
The requirement is to enter an "offering coordinator" that is attached to a person with in the organization. If that person leaves, the offering becomes unavailable/inactive.
Need a alternative solution to overcome this issue.

Need a workaround that allows us to attach "offering coordinator" to something generic and not a specific person, OR
Make Offering Coordinator optional.
Is there some Oracle documentation that would help us understand if this is a ‘bug’ within Oracle, or by design?
