Getting Activity Last Updated By via API

Hi Team,

Is there any APIs we can use to get the Last Updated By details of an activity. We could find that activity history gives the details in the application UI. Is there anyway we can fetch that data using an activity API realtime?

For example there may be cases where a same field can be updated from multiple systems.

Case 1:- From OFS UI we update a field say 'Customer Contact Number' and update it in source system via middleware.

Case 2:- From source system 'Customer Contact Number' is updated and it is bought to OFS calling the OFS Activity Update REST API.
