Expense New Page development using Paas Application

Expenses Business requirement needs to develop a new page using Paas application.

Below are few of the business requirements which is not feasible in Cloud Expenses.

Please suggest us on the available API and the approval plug ins etc. to meet this requirement.

1. Business wanted to enter expenses like service type and non-employee expenses.

2. Funds check is required for all the expenses based on the cost center and Expense account.

3. Users used to change the cost center in that case funds check should be based on override cost center.
