Can custom PL SQL TABLE type in Fusion DB be created

Need custom PL SQL TABLE type in Fusion DB to use in BI report with Data Set Type as Procedural Call

In Fusion BI Report some complex validation and business derivation is required which seems not possible using Standard SQL. So I need to create BI report of data set type as "Procedural Call" and return result set as ref cursor to achieve this. So the requirement is to create custom PL SQL Table type in Fusion DB and then convert PL/SQL Table of PL/SQL Records to a REF CURSOR. I am following below links for reference:
