How Earned Leave going to be Accrued for Multi Shift Employee
We have a business scenario where employee have multi shift . First Shift we are maintaining in workschedule and second one we are maintaining is planned schedule. These employee are going have Earned leave accrued (18/12 = 1.5 accured per month) in a year. How we are going to configure our leave system to process the accrual.
If employee do not have any work schedule or planned scheduled attached for 15 days of a month, then earned leave will not accrued for that particular employee. Kindly suggest how we are going to cater this scenario for Earned Leave absence configuration.
