Automate Not Started entities in the Approvals process

Hi everyone,

in my FCCS application we have built a data Approval process that allows users to validate the data of 5 groups of accounts.

For this purpose I have enabled all the entities to process.

Some entities use the Approval process only for one group of accounts (for example Net Sales) and for the other groups of accounts (BS and PL accounts) they do not enter the data and therefore do not have to validate them.

For this reason the process is started for all 5 account groups, but for BS and PL groups I have to manually put "Not Started" on many entities since they don't use that section.
