Work Order Routing Based on Location
We have a use case where the customer doesn't have Oracle Field Service, but they still want to route the Work Orders based on the location of the work order and the agent (agent's location is static, in their case). So, if a work order is booked for a zip code 123456, the system should assign the work order to the nearest agent. Note that we don't need any kind of load balancing or any other nuances of Field Service, just simple assignment based on the location.
Is there any out-of-the-box feature for this or do we have to come up with a custom solution?
