Responsys | It's possible to load App Channel List and Web Push Channel List?

in Responsys 
We have an APP list with records and we would like to transfer this data to a new APP list.
We were able to download via Connect Job but we don't know how to upload to the new APP list.
The same is true with the Web Push list.

Can someone help us please?

Is it possible to carry out this transfer, please?
