Exporting fully-resolved URL from form function

We regularly export campaign data to our data warehouse, and we have recently created a campaign that uses a form link. We want the fully resolved URL of this form link to be tied to an individual for export. Currently, when we export the data or view click logs, we see only the RPL ${form('formname')...} -- is there any known method for exporting a fully resolved URL for view-as-web or ${form} function?
