Need a report for Education from either Profile or Submission

Does anyone have a report they would share regarding Candidates most recent education information?   There is education information on both the profile and on submissions.  I am thinking Submissions would be the best place to pull the data because it should be the most current?   I know they are sequenced and I could use that to produce fewer duplicate rows but if I want to pull all of their education and not just the most recent?   Say they have 2 or 3 degrees?  I want to show total but only one row for each type.    Also, does anyone know
