How are the Resources Sorted when selecting on a WO operation?

Hi Experts,

Just wanted to understand how are the resources Sorted in the picker when trying to assign resource to an operation?

Every user see the list sorted in a differently. Is there any way we can control this?

Tried sorting it by Name and Code both but once we close and come back again and the sorting is different.
