Is it possible to pass url param from third party application to Oracle Cloud Fusion Contacts Search

Summary:

I have an application which is telephone central and handling incoming calls. I want to redirect user when receiveing a new call with url param of mobile phone number to oracle cloud fusion Contacts Search page so the user can search for the contact by telephone number. I don't want user to copy it, I want it to be automatically. Is it possible to pass url param to Oracle Cloud Fusion Contacts Search Page?
