Title appears at the bottom of the Report -- sometimes

We've had instances of users running reports where the title and other info (Date/time cube etc), appears below the report instead of at the top.

This report has been run multiple times with the title correctly appearing above the report, yet a few different users ran the report and got the below results.

My first instinct is that it was a zoom setting or some such on the browser that caused it. But we could not reliably replicate the results.

Does anyone know what causes this, so we can ensure end-users do not cause these results to happen?
