need someone for cloud shell

Hello so my account is lockout becouse lost 2fa and i understand from other fourms here thats there commands to fix it

if someone can do the commands for me this is very help me

the commands is:

- oci iam mfa-totp-device list --user-id <user-OCID>  - find my lockout device

- oci iam mfa-totp-device delete --user-id <user-OCID> remove the device
