Error while trying to insert Labor Debrief Line REST API via POSTMAN

Summary:

I am following the REST API explained in https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/supply-chain-and-manufacturing/23b/fasrp/op-debriefs-debriefheaderid-child-lines-post.html to insert a Labor Debrief Line for an existing Debrief Header using POSTMAN. But i am getting an error "Unable to parse the provided payload" in the POSTMAN. The same REST API is working for inserting Material Debrief.

Could you please review the below Content and help me resolve the issue. Tried the default Content Type (application/json) and also tried content type "application/vnd.oracle.adf.resourceitem+json".

Not sure if the date format is the issue. I tried some combinations but still getting the same error.
