Summary: Default the output of BIP Report to csv without having to setup a layout

Content (required): In order to set the Default Format of a BIP report to csv you must first create a layout. The minimum selection needed in the layout is a component, by default we've always chosen Data Table.

Once the layout is created and saved, then you can navigate to View a List and enable Data (CSV) from the Output Formats column dropdown and make it the default in the Default Format column.

Does anyone know to bypass the requirement of creating a layout and just get the report to directly output to a csv format?
