Not able to Default an initial value onto PO Distribution DFF segment using SQL

Summary:

We are attempting to default a value into the PO_DISTRIBUTIONS dff segment using SQL based on the PO Line Type. We have followed all steps to default a initial value into a DFF segment using SQL and :{PARAMETER.LineTypeId}. When adding a PO Line manually (in the UI) to a PO the DFF on the Distributions UI is not defaulting as expected. It is defaulting but not the correct value.
