Interview scheduler attachment

Summary:

When scheduling an interview, there are options to send candidate or user attachments. However, user attachments need to be done in the candidate record. If we need to attach the position descriptions doc, we need to attach it per candidate even though it is similar to all candidates. How do we attach a document when setting interview where it goes to our local drive so we can select? Similar to how we attach document when using Email template.
